i'm not sure what to make of this

I went to the doctor and they poked and prodded and ran some tests and gave me a prescription for some prilosec (non-OTC).  I heard back from the doctor a few days later and they said all my tests came back negative. I want to curl up in the fetal position some times and just sleep until all this shit just passes over. I'm tired of being the one who has to shoulder all this. 

can life get any worse?

Now I think I have an ulcer. I've got the symptoms. CRAP! Now I gotta go to a doctor.
